Electroplating

Ferrous and brass parts can be electroplated by Zinc, cadmium, chromium, Tin, Lead, Copper, shine nickel and silver. In silver and Shine Nickel the job size is maximum 42mm and the plating layer is from 0.4 micron to 1.0mm.

Anodizing

The factory has a very elaborate anodizing facility for aluminum and aluminum alloy coating. It can undertake color Anodizing (black, Red or Green for the maximum size of 25mm), Passivation and Acid Pickling, Bluing, Phosphatizing and Yellow Oxidation of Aluminum and Magnesium Parts.
